Pumpkin Cupcakes *Clean Eating!*

3 scoops any flavor whey protein powder, leveled!

9 Egg whites

3/4 C Pumpkin(in a can)

6 TBSP flaxseed, ground

8 Stevia packets

3 TBSP dark cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1. Oven 350 degrees. Oil muffin tin or line with liners

2. Mix all ingredients and mix until blended.

3. Using a 1/4 c measuring cup, fill muffin cups 2/3 full. 

4. Bake 15 minutes. Frost when cooled

 

frosting:

1 C vanilla protein powder

2 tsp cinnamon

2 packets Stevia

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. 

2. Add water while stirring until smooth yet still thick like frosting consistency.

3. Frost cupcakes when completely cooled. It may take 2 hours.
