Christmas Appetizers
Sausage Stars
1 lb sausage
1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ c monterey jack cheese
1 c ranch dressing
1 can chopped black olives
½ c chopped red peppers
Won ton wrappers
1. Combine ingredients, except wonton wrappers
2.lightly grease muffin tin.
3. Place wrapper in muffin cup and grease top of wrapper with oil.
4. Bake 5 minutes. 375 degrees
5. Remove and fill with mix.
6. Bake 5 minutes.
*You can make the filling and store in fridge for up to 24 hours
Fruit Pizza
1 tube of cookie dough, your choice
1 carton whipped cream
Fresh fruit
1. Roll dough on cookie sheet. Bake as directed. Let cool
2. Add whipped cream and add fruit decoratively
Fruit Dip
1 c sour cream
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Fresh fruit
1. Combine all except fresh fruit.
2.Serve in a bowl with a fresh fruit platter
Pumpkin Dip
1 TBSP canned pumpkin
1/3 vanilla yogurt
1 tsp OJ
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1. Mix well. Serve warm or cold.
2. Serve with graham crackers, ginger snaps, or apples
Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Smokies
little smokies
bacon, cut in thirds
1/2 C brown sugar
1. Wrap one piece of the third cut bacon around little smokie.
2. Place seem side down on greased baking sheet. Finish the rest.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the smokies.
4. Bake 375 degrees for 15-20, or until bacon is crispy
Onion Dip
large white onion, chopped finely
1 C mayo
1 C cheddar cheese
1. Mix together and put in greased deep dish pie plate or casserole dish.
2. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
