Cauliflower Garlic Sticks
2 regular bags of frozen cauliflower
1/3 C egg whites(I use the carton of egg whites)
1 C mozzerala cheese
garlic powder
1. steam cauliflower according to directions. Drain and Press out any liquid.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
3. Press mixture on a grease or lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 400 for 30 mins until browned on top.
