Crispy Buttered Salmon



coconut oil

butter

italian seasoning

garlic powder

salt & pepper

salmon filets (without skin)

1. Heat a spoonful of coconut oil in pan. 

2. Add a small pat of butter then lay the salmon piece over it.

3. Season top side with seasonings.

4. When bottom is crisp, pick up, lay a small pat of butter down and flip salmon over. season top with seasonings.

5. Cook until crisp.
