* extra fluffy pancake mix

* 1-2 apples, diced, honeycrisp is a fav

* 2 TBSP cinnamon

* 1 c water

* maple syrup

* chopped pecans

* butter

1. put apples, cinnamon, pecans, and water in a pot to simmer

2 make pancakes as directed

3. serve a desired stack of pancakes topped with butter, spoonful of apple cinnamon pecans and a drizzle of syrup
