Weekly Menu~ April 10-16

Clean out the Pantry Week~
 This week I am unable to go to the grocery store. I had a great menu planned, too! Apricot pork medallions, shrimp veracruzana, sirloin steak with caramelized onions, lemon honey chicken, and Mexican mole pork chops....but that will just have to wait until next week..... 

So, I had to look through the pantry and fridge to find some meals. They aren't the fanciest. My kids don't care about fancy anyway. But they are good healthy meals. Sometimes we have great meals in the pantry and don't even realize it it. 

Breakfasts:

~ oatmeal
~ eggs, toast, berries
~ cereal
~ yogurt and berries

Lunches:
~ egg salad
~ tuna
~ turkey pitas
~ oatmeal, fruit

Dinners:
S(10)~ cereal or oatmeal with fruit, eggs, toast
M(11)~ Northwest Talapia with rice and green beans
T(12)~ chicken with stir fry veggies and rice
W(13)~ pancakes, eggs, toast, fruit
T(14)~ baked potato, salad
F(15)~ Scrambled eggs, PB toast, yogurt and fruit parfaits
S(16)~ Life Group (Sunday School Class) Picnic

Desserts Snacks:
~ pudding
~ PB toast/sandwiches/crackers
~ yogurt and berries
~ cottage cheese and berries
~ hard boiled eggs
~ carrots or celery and hummus
~ popcorn
