1 box pasta~ bow tie or elbow 2 bell peppers, diced(I use red, green, and yellow for color) 1 onion, purple or regular, diced small 1 C mayo 1/4 C EVOO(extra virgin olive oil) a few dashes of pepper a few dashes of salt
1. Boil noodles, drain, rinse with cold water to cool. 2. Mix mayo, oil, salt, & pepper in a bowl. 3. Mix pasta and mayo mix together.(It may look creamy, but that's okay) 4. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Cover. 5. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors blend.
