Organize Your Life, Not Your Stuff

Essential Oils - a new weekly series

January 18, 2023

HI! I know I have been gone awhile. I'll share the reason in another post.

But for now I want to share with you some healthy swaps for the toxic products we bring into our homes. I have been slowly eliminating things with "fragrance" (bc it isn't real and it's very toxic to our bodies.). I won't bore you with a long post about the details, you can google to do a quick research.

This week is about diffusers!
I no longer use candles but use diffusers instead.

Places to add diffusers:
  • living/family room
  • bathrooms
  • kitchen
  • playroom
The oils need to be 100%.
Young Living is a favorite. You can also find many on Amazon.

Thinking about what scents to put in your diffuser can get complicated. Pinterest is full of great ideas. For me, I use a few drops of simple combos, already made combos, or just one.

Favs:
  • lavender
  • eucalyptus
  • lemongrass
  • patchouli
  • cedarwood
  • Thieves
  • calming blend
  • nighttime blend
  • stress away blend
