* You will notice I serve salads with every meal. It may seem monotonous. But, I serve different kinds depending on what veggies I have left for the week or from the garden...like: ~ romaine, corn, black beans with cilantro lime dressing ~ iceburg with carrots, celery, bell peppers ~ romaine and baby spinach with garden squash and zucchini, bell peppers ~ the combos can go on and on.....
