I do not like to spend a lot of time cleaning the bathroom, or cleaning anything really. I figured out a way to keep it clean without spending hours scrubbing. Start using some of my tips in your morning bathroom routine, or whenever you choose. Here are a few of my tips: With your morning routine: 1. Keep shower cleaner and a scrub brush in the shower. When you shower, rinse and clean spot you see that are dirty. This does not mean the whole shower at one time. If you get behind, there may be a day where you need to clean the whole shower. 2. After putting your make up on and putting it away, use a wash cloth or clorox wipe to wipe down the counters, sink, and cabinets. Remember, don't be a perfectionist! This should only take a minute!
3. Before leaving the bathroom, use toilet paper to wipe the surface and bottom edges of the toilet, then flush.
Other times of the day: 1. When giving kids a bath ~ Let them play while you sweep. Mop after you get them out of the tub. ~ Take everything off the counter and clean well. ~ Wipe fingerprints off of the walls, doors, and light switch. ~ Throw away empty bottles. ~ Check supplies and put them on a list. ~ Clean cobwebs
2. Any other time: (this doesn't have to be at the same time everyday) ~ Take 15 minutes everyday to do one thing on your area cleaning checklist. ~ When you walk by and see clothes, pick them up and put in the hamper. ~ Light a candle! Candles always make bathrooms seem and smell so much better!
