This weeks Zone Cleaning:

Area 2- Kitchen/Dining Room

1. Clean refrigerator, thoroughly.

2. Clean window sills and windows.

3. Clean appliances(microwave, stove, dishwasher,oven).

4. Clean cabinet.

5. Clean/Dust decorative items.

6. Replace Vent-a-hood filter &/or clean vent-a hood.
7. Clean walls and baseboards.

8. Straighten drawers, cupboards, and cabinets.

9. Detail clean/dust/polish furniture.

10. Clean under sink.

11. Clean cobwebs.

12. Clean/Sanitize doorknobs.

13. Clean countertops(moving things)

Breakfasts: Eggs and toast, avocado toast, Egg and cheese quiche, Pancakes, cereal
Lunches: PBJ, turkey, tuna, egg salad with veggie salads, fruits, nuts
Dinners:
Sun- Street Tacos
Mon- Steaks and sweet Beans
Tuesday- Ribs and roasted garden veggies
Weds- BLT's
Thur- BBQ Chicken and sweet beans
Fri- OUT OF TOWN

Breakfast: cereal, yogurt parfaits, avocado toast, eggs and toast, pancakes

Lunches: Salads with protein, PBJ, Turkey Sandwiches, BLTs/chips, nuts, fruits

Dinners:

Monday- Burgers & Bacon Cheddar Sausages, chips, fruits

Tuesday- Hawaiian Chicken and Rice
Wednesday- Lasagna, salad, bread
Thursday- Chicken Alfredo, salad, bread
Friday- Steak Street Tacos, shrimp tacos
Saturday- Thai Coconut Chicken and Rice
Sunday- Grilled Steaks, sweet beans

This weeks Zone Cleaning is ENTRANCE/LIVING ROOM.
Pick a few things a day and only spend 15 minutes total.

Area 1- Entrance(Porch,Foyer,etc)/Living Room

1. Sweep,vacuum, mop.

2. Clean cobwebs.

3. Dust, clean furniture.

4. Rinse plant or repot. Remove dead leaves, flowers.

5. Prune bushes.

6. Rid clutter.

7. Clean baseboards.

8. Clean lightswitch plates and fans.

9. Organize coat closet.
